Working with individuals who are struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, bullying, body-image and self-esteem concerns; I utilize various therapies to help clients better insight and make long lasting, intentional changes.

Our sessions will involve identifying your goals and challenges, and working through them with empathy and understanding. Through open communication and respect, we will strive to cultivate awareness and gain clarity that can lead to personal growth and positive change.
