About

Your well-being is my priority, and building a strong rapport with you is essential to our process. I am committed to providing you with a supportive and understanding space, free of judgment. My goal is for you to feel secure and truly heard throughout our sessions. Together, we will explore your past and present experiences in a way that empowers you to create the future you desire.

By learning more about you I can customize a therapeutic approach to best suit your individual needs. That may include establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and recognizing patterns that might be negatively affecting you. Often, simply being aware of your needs and finding ways to address them can lead to meaningful changes over time.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (License # MH 19955). I received my Bachelors Degree In English from Boston College and a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health.

I have been practicing in southwest Florida for several years and work with teens and adults ages 13 and over. I assist people struggling with mood and personality disorders, depression, anxiety, bullying, body dysmorphia and self esteem concerns.

My approach is integrative and emphasizes aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal techniques. I utilize these specific modalities to help clients gain insight into their behavior and make the lasting changes they seek.
