I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (License # MH 19955). I received my Bachelors Degree from Boston College and a Masters of Science Degree from National Louis University in Clinical Mental Health.
I have been practicing in southwest Florida for several years and work with children and adults ages 10 and over. I counsel those who are struggling with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bullying, body image/self-esteem concerns, and eating disorders.
My approach is integrative and emphasizes aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal techniques. I utilize these specific modalities to help clients gain insight into their behavior and make the lasting changes they seek.
